Textiles EXPORTS of mill-made cotton textiles which rose consistently from Rs 82 crores in 1967-68 to Rs 115 crores in 1970-71, suffered a setback in 1971. 72, declining to Rs 110 crores. The decline was shared mainly by cotton piece-goods and cotton yarn, while exports of apparel increased substantially.
