The Fourth Estate a Range of Vested Interests

THE big newspapers are in a quandary. With newsprint quotas trimmed, a bill to regulate prices of newspapers passed, and the prospect of advertisements at-tracting tax, it cannot be otherwise. To top it all, the possibility of a news-papers ownership diffusion bill in the next session of Parliament hangs like the sword of Damocles over them.
