'Simple Question of Recognition' KARUNAKARANs '"Simple" Question of Recognition' (July 3, p 1320) is an unhappy example of good reasoning used to poor purpose. It is difficult to see whether he seeks to rationalise the inaetion of the Government or call for a social revolution before we support the Ban^la Desh struggle. Much of the sane reasoning he is offering is for the benefit of the Cabinet and their supporters. We, outside the Government, must only demand that effective support is given to freedom fighters, something which today is being done with reservations.
