(From a Special Correspondent) STUDENT trouble is non-news in most parts of the country, particularly in the north and north-east Strikes by students and/or by staff, closure of a university, boycott of examinations, ghe- raos of officials, do not rate substantial newspaper space unless there are casualties in the process or unless the agitation is for a non-academic issue such as Telengana.
