Exports without Subsidy THE Government's decision to discontinue the cash assistance on exports of decorticated expellers and extractions appears to have come like a bolt from the blue to the organised sector of the cottonseed processing industry. Till now exports of these expellers and extractions were entitled to a cash assistance of 7.5 and 12.5 per cent, respectively, of their f o b value. The industry was actually expecting a further increase in assistance in view of the recent as well as impending increases in freight rates by the Conference Lines.
