THE Board of Governors of the Inter-national Atomic Energy Agency today approved the grant of $1,891,100 from the Agency's resources for technical assistance to 52 countries in 1971. This assistance, $641,000 more than in 1970, is intended to aid and encourage the peaceful use of atomic energy in deve-loping countries
