Harish Chandola COMMUNIST movements in South- East Asia are voicingconcern over the new foreign policy of China to establish diplomatic relations with a number of countries. They are afraid that China, by establishing diplomatic ties with countries of this region, might give up its support for the communist- led "liberation struggles" in the area.
