A Management Problem in Co-operative Farms

A distinguishing feature of the co-operative (joint) farm is that in it, along with land, labour is also 'pooled. In literature on co-operative farming, this particular attribute of the co-operative farm has generally remained ignored and consequently some of the vital problems affecting its working have received inadequate appreciation.
