STOCK markets crawled their way further up last week. While Dalai Street very nearly reached its last year's top, other markets did not lag much behind. Of course, it was not easy going; at times, markets seemed to pant for breath. But this should cause little surprise. Climbing on high altitudes is neither easy nor without hazards. It is good that markets should be moving warily.
