A Break for Pentagon WHAT credence one may place on the new Cambodian Government's claims of massive Viet Cong infiltration and advance on the capital city, it is difficult to determine. Curiously enough, no clashes have been reported between the infiltrators and the Cambodian armed forces, nor any casualties, though the hostiles are said to be within miles of Pnom Penh. The Cambodian army is admittedly small in size, a force of not more than 40,000 men, but in conditions of invasion and seige it cannot have failed to engage the 'enemy'
