SOUTH Is Telengana Over ?
ON the surface it looks as if the eight month-old whirlwind Telengana agitation has completely burnt itself out. It looks as if without having gained anything the masses of the Telengana region of Andhra have settled back to acquiescence. Certainly, the frenzy of the recent months is no more. Normalcy has returned over the major part of the region. Yet the anger that led to the frenzy remains unappeased and the discontent has not been wiped out.
