Apart from the above decisions on tariff preferences and industrial cooperation, the three countries also decided to consider the establishment of joint shipping services and/or pooling arrangements. Practical proposals are to be evolved in six months. Working groups are to consider facilities required in telecommunications, banking and insurance so that co-operation in other fields can become more meaningful. Each Government will submit a memorandum in connection with these three subjects.
