Since the agricultural growth rate will be the dominant factor determining growth of the economy as a whole, it is understandable that one of the points on which discussion of the 'Approach' document has come to centre is whether the growth rate of 5 per cent per annum far the agricultural sector can be. considered realistic or feasible.
