NEW DELHI From Pool to Panel ACCORDING to the latest annual re- port on the working of industrial and commercial undertakings of the Central Government, the total investment in 77 of these units was Rs 2,840 crores at the end of 1966-67, representing an increase of Rs 426 crores over the figure for 1965-66. While the investment has increased, the internal resources generated by these enterprises, which are treated as Plan resources, declined from Rs 85 crores in 1965-66 to Rs 75 crores last year.
