Or, it might well be asked: having sanctioned one international hotel of an equal repute already for Bombay on certain terms, how can the Government agree to more liberal terms to Hiltons and that too for Bombay? This certainly is a very legitimate objection, assuming that Hiltons are asking for more liberal terms. One really doesn't know what terms Hiltons are asking for and what terms the Intercontinental got and it is not clear why so much of secrecy is being maintained in these matters.
