MAHARASHTRA Houses for Judges Rajni Dass AT a time when a criminal case and two writ petitions of an unprecedented nature against the Chief Minister of Maharashtra are pending in the Bombay High Court he has granted a plot of prime land to the High Court judges for a co-operative housing society. The timing of this seemingly magnanimous gesture has raised many questions and the manner of the Chief Minister's action has been openly criticised.
