According to the Draft Outline of the Fourth Plan, national income will grow at an average# rate of 5.5 per cent per annum, At the same time, a growth rate of 5.6 per cent per annum for agriculture and 11.0 per cent per annum for industrial production is assumed in the Draft Outline.
