Exchange Rate Controversy Revisited

Septembers, 1984 Exchange Rate Controversy Revisited Arun K Banerji Indian Currency and Exchange, 1835-1940 by Prodyot Kumar Goswami; Milind Publications Private Limited, New Delhi, 1983; pp 134 inc bibliography, Rs 50, THE developments in Indian currency and exchange, especially since the third quarter of the last century, and down to the 1930s, have attracted the attention of scholars abroad like Kemmerer, and formed the subject matter of the first book that Keynes wrote, still a classic.
